Backuptrans Android SMS + MMS to iPhone Transfer for Mac is designed to transfer Android SMS and MMS to iPhone directly on Mac. Backup, export or print SMS & MMS from Android on Mac is also supported.
Please note: Backuptrans Android SMS + MMS to iPhone Transfer for Mac does not support backup, export or print SMS & MMS from iPhone.

Operating system - macOS X 10.7 - macOS 12 Monterey.
iTunes 10.0 or above is required.
iPhone running iOS 4 or above is required.
Support iOS 4.2, iTunes 10.1 or above is required.
Support iOS 4.3, iTunes 10.2 or above is required.
Support iOS 5, iTunes 10.5 or above is required.
Support iOS 6, iTunes 10.7 or above is required.
Support iOS 7, iTunes 11.0 or above is required.
Support iOS 8, iTunes 12.0 or above is required.
Support iOS 9, iTunes 12.1 or above is required.
Support iOS 10, iTunes 12.4 or above is required.
Printer must be connected to the computer for printing.

How-tos and Troubleshooting

* What are the limitations of the trial version?

You can only transfer 20 messages. After you pay the product, we will provide registration code to remove the limitation.

* How to register the software?

After you purchase the software successfully, you will receive registration information via Email within one business day. Run the software and or computer then click "Registration" button in top toorbar, enter your user name and license code in the corresponding box to finish the registration.
Note: since the license code is letter-sensitive, please COPY and PASTE the code. And don't add any blank before or after it.

* Why the software can't recognize my iPhone?

Please make sure you have installed the latest version iTunes on Mac.

* Why the software could not find my Android connected?

Please ensure that you have a device connected, and the device has USB debugging enabled. You can refer to this tutorial on How to enable USB debugging on Android.

* How to Backup Android SMS & MMS to Mac?

1)Backup all Android SMS & MMS. Click the Android in Devices list then go toolbar and press "Backup Messages to Local Database" button.
2)Backup SMS & MMS with a single contact. Click the contact name then go toolbar and press "Backup Messages to Local Database" button.

* How to Restore SMS & MMS from database on Mac to iPhone?

1)Restore all SMS & MMS. Click the database in database list then go toolbar and press "Transfer Messages from Database to iPhone" button.
2)Restore SMS & MMS with a single contact. Click the contact name under database then go toolbar and press "Transfer Messages from Database to iPhone" button.

* How to Export Android SMS & MMS from File?

1)Export all Android SMS & MMS. Click the Android in Devices list then go toolbar and press "Export Messages to File" button.
2)Export SMS & MMS with a single contact. Click the contact name then go toolbar and press "Export Messages to File" button.
3)Export selected SMS & MMS. Check the messages in the messages list then go toolbar and press "Export Messages to File" button.

* How to Print Android SMS & MMS from Android?

1)Print all Android SMS. Click the Android in Devices list then go toolbar and press "Print Messages" button.
2)Print SMS & MMS with a single contact. Click the contact name then go toolbar and press "Print Messages" button.
3)Print selected SMS & MMS. Check the messages in the messages list then go toolbar and press "Print Messages" button.

* How to Extract Media Files from Android MMS messages?

1)Extract all Android MMS attachments. Click the Android in Devices list then go toolbar and press "Extract MMS attachment" button.
2)Extract MMS attachments with a single contact. Click the contact name then go toolbar and press "Extract MMS attachment" button.
3)Extract selected MMS attachments. Check the MMS messages in the messages list then go toolbar and press "Extract MMS attachment" button.

* How to Delete SMS & MMS from Mac?

You can delete messages from a backup file on computer. Please note: Deleting SMS & MMS from your Android directly is not supported.
1)Delete a database backup file. Click the file then go toolbar and press "Delete Messages" button.
2)Delete SMS & MMS with a single contact. Click the contact name then go toolbar and press "Delete Messages" button.
3)Delete selected SMS & MMS. Check the messages in the messages list then go toolbar and press "Delete Messages" button.

* Where is my messages backup file?

Please run the software then go File ->Open Database Folder. You will find all your backup files there. It is recommended that users also keep a copy of these backup files in another folder on your computer.
