Transfer and Restore Data from iTunes Backup to a new iPhone

Lost or broken your iPhone and now want to restore data from iTunes backup to a new iPhone? Backuptrans iPhone Data Transfer must be a good choice to help you do it with ease. The following article will show you how to transfer and restore data from iTunes backup to iPhone step by step:

Step 1: Install the Backuptrans iPhone Data Transfer on computer on computer and run it.

Step 2: Right click the Local Database list icon and then choose "Import from iTunes".

Step 3: Choose an iTunes backup in the list and then click "Load" to continue.

Step 4: Select a database to save data. Or, simply enter a new database name to ceate a new database. Click "Confirm" to continue. Then your iPhone backup data will be saved on Backuptrans database.

Step 5: Connect your iPhone to computer using the Apple USB cable.

Note: Before you connect your iPhone your computer to transfer data, please make sure you have turned off "iCloud Backup" on your iPhone. Also, you need to enter correct passcode on iPhone if your iPhone is protected with a passcode.

Step 6: Restore SMS, Contacts, Notes, Calendar events, Bookmarks and Call History
1) Select "Messages" "Contacts" "Calendar" "Notes" "Call History" or "Bookmarks" section.
2) Turn to top toolbar and press "Transfer from Database to iPhone" button
    Tip: Or you can right click the section on Backuptrans left panel and then choose "Transfer from Database to iPhone".

Step 7: Choose a target iPhone you want to transfer data to, and then click Confirm to continue. .

Note: Before you transfer data, please make sure you have disabled Find My iPhone on your target iPhone. See the following tutorial on how to disable find my iPhone.

Done! Your SMS Messages, Contacts, Notes, Calendar events, Bookmarks and Call History have been merged pergectly on your new iPhone.
