Before backing up your iPhone data with Backuptrans software, please make sure you have turned off backup encryption in iTunes. The following turoial will show you how to diable iPhone backup password encryption step by step:
Step 1: Plug your iPhone into your computer via a USB cable. If iTunes does not automatically open, manually open it.
Step 2: If your device automatically begins to sync, allow it to do so. If it doesn't, continue to the next step.
Step 3: Click on your iPhone in the sidebar on the left in iTunes. Make sure you are on the "Summary" section.
Step 4: Uncheck the "encrypt iphone backup" option.
Step 5: Exit iTunes after finish.
