Backuptrans Android Contacts Backup & Restore for Mac offers a perfect solution for all Android users to backup, restore and manage Android Contacts. It's convenient and safe. How-tos and Troubleshooting

* What are the limitations of the trial version?

You can only backup, restore, export or print 20 messages for your iPhone. After you pay the product, we will provide registration code to remove the limitation.

* How to register the software?

After you purchase the software successfully, you will receive registration information via Email within one business day. Run the software and or computer then click "Registration" button in top toorbar, enter your user name and license code in the corresponding box to finish the registration.
Note: since the license code is letter-sensitive, please COPY and PASTE the code. And don't add any blank before or after it.

* Why the software could not find my Android connected?

Please ensure that you have a device connected, and the device has USB debugging enabled. You can refer to this tutorial on How to enable USB debugging on Android.



* Backup Contacts from Android to computer

1) Click the Android in Devices list.
2) Turn to top toolbar and press "Backup Contacts" button or go File -> Backup Contacts.
    Tip: Or you can right click the Android in Devices list and then choose "Backup Contacts".

* Restore Contacts to Android from Computer

1) Click the contacts backup file in Database list.
2) Turn to top toolbar and press "Restore Contacts" button or go File -> Restore Contacts.
    Tip: Or you can right click the backup in database list and then choose "Restore Contacts to Android".

* Export Android Contacts to CSV, vCard, HTML, PDF

1) Click the Android in Devices list.
2) Turn to top toolbar and press "Export Contacts to file" button or go File -> Export Contacts to file.
    Tip: Or you can right click the Android in Devices list and then choose "Export Contacts to file".

* Print Android Contacts on computer

1) Click the Android in Devices list.
2) Turn to top toolbar and press "Print Contacts" button or go File -> Print Contacts.
    Tip: Or you can right click the Android in Devices list and then choose "Print Contacts".

* Add new Android Contact

1) Click the Android in Devices list.
2) Turn to top toolbar and press "Add Contact" button or go File -> Add Contact.
  Tip: Or you can right click the Android in Devices list and then choose "Add Contact".
3) Enter new contact info in the form.
4) Click "Apply" to save.

* Edit Android Contact on computer

1) Right click the contact in contacts list and then choose "Edit Contact".
2) Edit contact detail in the form.
3) Click "Apply" to save.

* Delete Android Contacts directly from computer

1) Select Contacts in contacts list.
2) Go File -> Delete Contact.
  Tip: Or you can right click the selected contacts in contacts list and then choose "Delete selected Contacts".

* Transfer contacts between Android Phones

1) Click the Android in Devices list.
2) Turn to top toolbar and press "Android to Android" button or go File -> Phone to Phone Transfer -> Android to Android.
    Tip: Or you can right click the Android in Devices list and then choose "Android to Android".

* Where is my Contacts backup file?

Please run the software then go File -> Open Database Folder. You will find all your backup files there. It is recommended that users also keep a copy of these backup files in another folder on your computer.
